My Purpose and Relational Dynamics

We all come with a purpose, an innate quality that plays into every relationship we enter.

As with all qualities, this can show up in a shadow frequency, which is mostly due to us being unaware of this quality,

or in a gift frequency, once we are aware of the deeper quality that lies here.

The Venus Sequence (from the Gene Keys, a self-illuminating teaching) invites us to bring awareness into the layering of our emotional wound patterns - and the innate gifts we are here to discover and live.

Whether or not we are embarking on this specific journey - we ALL experience challenging dynamics in our relationships.

We all are human and mostly lack functioning role models for relating.

The good news is: we can learn what we haven’t acquired yet.

And we can always pick up a loose thread and continue weaving it into our lives through a process of post-maturation.

We can pause for a moment

… to acknowledge what is here:

how I sense my body

what feelings move in me

what state my mind is in.

We notice and we breathe.

We actively bring our awareness to our momentary state

- and we let go in surrender to what life brings up.

As simple as this might sound, it is a powerful game changer!

I encourage you to give it a go and see for yourself.

Give yourself a week or three

pause once a day, or three times, or as often as you think of it.

Then look back and notice the difference - big or small.

Relational challenges are not problems after all.

Relationships are a process and we are being invited deeper into ourselves.
